Skinner's Chasing the Wind and Skinner's Bull Terriers

Stephenville, Texas
November 23, 2007 to January 29, 2008

We stayed in a white apartment complex on S Devine Street (before we bought our 5th wheel).  This was my favorite place, nice weather for the dead of winter, the people were awesome, the church was awesome and so were the doctors!  Not much to see scenic thou.   There are lots of things to do there...like the Dinosaur park where you could walk right up and SEE dinosaur prints right in the rock of the river bed - millions of years ago huh, I don't think so :)  We went to a drive through animal park and that was one of the funnest things we have done as a family.  We laughed and carried on the whole 4 hour drive!  That was until Savannah got bit by a zebra, she's lucky the thing didn't take off her finger, a band-aid fixed it. For Christmas Michael took us to Port Aransas, Padre Island, & Mustang Island.  We stayed on the ocean and DROVE ON the beach.  That was awesome, I think it was about 4 hours away from where we stayed in Stephenville.  Oh and there was also a UFO sighting...multi UFO sightings...right over our apartment complex...to bad I was sleeping.  I missed it BUT happened to be watching TV (months later) and the show UFO Hunters came on and WOW weird, cool, interesting!

Topanga was admitted into Cook Children's Hospital in Fort Worth, TX.  She had a seizure in the presence of a neurologist! Yeah!  The tests all turned up fine.  Still no answers but they were awesome and still wanted to find out why this happens to her.  We just need to find another good doctor that will start where they left off.  Undergoing an EEG (brain wave test) below in the crib and on the bottom left they had to give her an IV so they could put her to sleep for EKG and CT scan.  Scary.  They kept her 2 nights and 3 days.

It snowed in Texas right after we got there, I felt right at home, well kind of, but I had to take a picture.  This is a rare sight for the Texan's! You should have seen how many people were taking photo's!

Above photo is me and Savannah, she stuck a whole sheet of stickers on my face, thank you Grandma!  It's terrible quality, but Savannah HAD to have a picture of her with her latest artwork.

Below - Savannah at the Library - photo's by another mom who e-mailed them to me!  How sweet!
