If you wish to have me hold a puppy for you - there is a non-refundable $100.00 deposit on the pup of your choice. This means I will not promise your pup to anyone else, that I will keep it for you specifically. It also includes weekly photo's of your pup sent to you via internet. You can pay this deposit directly to me OR use the secure pay pal option below.
Once you have paid your deposit you can pay the rest of the money to me at pick-up, which would be the $900.00 remainder OR use the secure pay pal option below.

Questions and Answers
Q1: When will my pup be ready for me?
A1: Pups will be let go to new homes between 6 to 8 weeks of age. In our experience, rather than give a clear cut age, it is more like a range of time when pups are ready to leave their mother, there is no set age, it depends on the pup and the mother. It is essential that the pups have weaned from their mother, are drinking water on their own and eating kibble.

Q2: What medical care will my pup have had when I get it?
A2: All pups will have dew claws removed at 3 days old, first set of 5 way vaccinations at 6 to 8 weeks - which include distemper-hepatitis (CAV-2), parainfluenza, bordetella, adenovirus 2 & canine parvovirus and are wormed with pyrantel pamoate at 2,3,4,6,8 & 10 weeks of age as recommended by our vet.

Q3: Is there anything else that comes with my pup?
A3: The AKC registration paperwork, a few days supply of puppy kibble, record keeping form for the medical and a few small chew toys.

Q4: What vaccination's/worming scedule do you suggest for my new dog/puppy?
A4: 5-way vaccinations - which include distemper-hepatitis (CAV-2), parainfluenza, bordetella, adenovirus 2 & canine parvovirus. They will have their first set at 6 to 8 weeks and need a total series of 3 shots 4 weeks apart. After the initial puppy shots, one booster a year is required until 8 years of age.
Initial rabies vaccination is given at 12 weeks of age and then, depending on your vet ~ yearly, every 2 years OR every 3 years.
After the initial puppy worming (given by us the breeder) the puppy/dog should be on a monthly worming schedule using heartgard plus which you can get from your local vet. Heartgard plus treats and controls hookworms, roundworms, heartworms and tapeworms.We also recommend to talk to your vet about a heartworm test, usually this is not needed or even suggested for a puppy as long as they have been on heartworm preventative.

SPAY / NEUTER / SHOW / BREEDING CONTRACT FOR
ENGLISH BULL TERRIER PUPPY OR DOG This agreement is made and entered into this ______ day of _____________20_____ by and between Amber & Michael Skinner (Seller),
and____________________________________ (Buyer), for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions of purchase by the Buyer of a purebred English Bull Terrier from the
litter whelped on ____________________________________ out of

We voluntarily enter into and agree to all terms stated in this contract as witnessed by our signatures below.For $1,000, the seller agrees to sell and the buyer agrees to buy a female_____, male ____ puppy from the litter described above subject to the following terms.
1. Seller warrants that the above described puppy/dog is a purebred English Bull Terrier
registerable with the AKC and that registration papers
have ____have not____been provided to the Buyer as of the date of the completed purchase.
2. Seller warrants that the above-described puppy/dog is in good health at the time Buyer assumes ownership. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian with two (2) days (not including weekends and holidays) of receipt of puppy/dog.
If, as a result of the examination, the Veterinarian determines that the puppy/dog is not in good health then the Buyer shall elect to keep the puppy/dog or return the puppy/dog to the Seller for a refund less the $100.00 deposit. If the buyer elects to return the puppy, Buyer shall, within 10 days after the date of the signing of this contract, send to Seller by certified mail a written Veterinarian's certificate stating that the puppy/dog was in ill health when examined and the condition of concern. Upon receipt by Seller of said certificate, Buyer shall be obligated to return the puppy/dog to Sellers at Buyers expense. Upon receipt of the puppy/dog, the Seller shall be obligated to a refund monies received, less the $100.00 deposit from Buyer toward the purchase price of the puppy/dog, and further performance under this contract shall be null and void. All action taken to return the puppy/dog shall be done with the best interest of the puppy/dog in mind.
3. Ownership of the puppy/dog will be transferred to the Buyer for the sale price of $1,000 to be paid as follows: $100.00 deposit on execution of the Agreement with the balance of $900.00 to be paid on or before the puppy/dog leaves the Sellers premises. If the balance is not paid by ________________________, this Agreement shall be cancelled and the Buyer forfeits the deposit given hereunder.
4. If the Seller has determined that the puppy/dog is of "pet quality" and is NOT suitable for breeding Seller & Buyer initial here______/______. In such case, Seller shall provide Buyer with Limited Registration Certificate and contract to spay/neuter.
5. Seller agrees to refund to buyer the sum of $50.00 upon certified receipt of evidence from a licensed Veterinarian that the puppy/dog has been spayed/neutered.
6.Puppy/dog will carry the Skinner or Skinner's kennel name.
7. Buyer agrees that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase or this puppy/dog and that Buyer will not sell this puppy/dog or its progeny to any, agent, pet store or guard dog business.
8. Buyer agrees that if it becomes necessary to sell or otherwise dispose of this puppy/dog at any time during dogs life, Buyer will notify the Seller before taking such action so that the puppy/dog may, at the Sellers' option, be re-purchased by the Seller at an agreed upon sale price. Upon notification, the Seller shall have 14 working days to exercise said re-purchase option. Exercise shall be notice in writing sent to Buyer.
9. Buyer agrees that the puppy will be provided with love, proper housing, a good quality diet, annual shots and exercise. Seller strongly suggests that at least one basic obedience training course will be completed with the puppy/dog.
10. The $100.00 Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE except as defined below in health guarantee.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
1. Seller guarantees that puppy/dog is in good health and has received appropriate vaccinations, worming and care. Seller will provide Buyer with a medical chart detailing treatment puppy/dog has received under Seller's care, and any future care Seller feels is essential to puppy/dogs well being.
2. Seller guarantees that puppy/dog is free of life threatening diseases or disabilities for 48 hours after delivery to Buyer. Should life threatening diseases or disabilities be discovered by Buyer within 48 hours after receipt of puppy/dog, and attested to in writing to Seller by Buyer's veterinarian, Seller will provide Buyer with a replacement breed quality puppy/dog as soon as such puppy/dog is delivered to Seller, or refund 100% of purchase price ($1000,00). Seller requires that Buyer have puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian of Buyers choice within 2 days of receipt of puppy/dog. In case of life threatening condition Buyer assumes all financial responsibility - including but not limited to vet expenses and delivery to Seller for replacement or refund.
TEMPERAMENT GUARANTEE
1. Seller strongly recommends that Buyer attend obedience classes with puppy/dog and provide proper socialization opportunities for puppy/dog.
2. Seller shall not be held responsible for any acts of puppy/dog.
GENERAL GUARANTEE
1. Buyer agrees to allow Seller the right of first refusal should Buyer decide to sell, relinquish or transfer puppy/dog.
2. Should Buyer choose to break any of the above portions of this agreement, the remainder of the agreement will be considered null and void, and Seller has the right to repossess puppy/dog.
3. Buyer and Seller agree that this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and may not be altered, modified or rescinded unless agreed to in writing by Buyer and Seller.

The bitch must meet the following requirements to qualify for breeding to: Skinner's Blade
1) The bitch must be of sound, stable temperament.
2) The bitch must be in good health as evidenced by a recent veterinary
examination, that must include the following:
…A list of current vaccinations - including but not limited to rabies.
…Medical information and veterinarian's name and phone number
in case of an emergency.
3) The bitch should be groomed (nails included) & bathed before she is shipped/brought to
us to be bred.
4) A copy of her pedigree, AKC or Foreign Registration Certificate, and
photographs showing front, rear, and side structure will be provided.
TERMS
1) The stud fee is: $400.00. Half or $200.00 to be paid when the bitch is delivered to breeder and remaining half $200.00 to be paid when picked up. The stud fee is non-refundable.
2) After at least one breeding has been achieved the bitch owner will be notified.
3) We guarantee an actual tie mating will occur. In some special situations an artificial insemination will be provided but only after the bitch's owner has been notified and approves of this method.
4) If the bitch fails to conceive, after examined by a certified vet a return service at no charge will be provided for the bitch if the bitch's owner notifies us within fourteen days after the scheduled whelping date that no puppies were whelped. You must provide vet papers to confirm this.
5) All transportation charges and veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the owner of the bitch. There is NO charge for boarding the bitch for the first four (4) days, after which the charge will be $10.00 per day. This fee includes food, water, and exercise. We will supply pedigrees, photographs, and promotional materials we have available at the time
and will aid in the placing of puppies that result from this mating into good homes by placing them on our website.
6) The owner of the bitch warrants that this bitch has not been exposed to any stud dog prior to her arrival and that she will be protected from such exposure after her return home.
7) The owner of the bitch hereby releases from responsibility Amber & Michael Skinner from any and all liabilities and/or damages to said bitch while she is in the care of us for breeding.
8) We may, upon discussion, choose to meet at a place other than our home to breed the bitch. With this option the $400.00 stud fee is payable at time of service.
